Who it's for
- Adults with dull, tired-looking or uneven skin.
- People who want a regular pick-me-up with little downtime.
- Clients who prefer a gentler alternative to more intense resurfacing.
Areas we treat
- Full face
- Neck and décolleté on request
How it works
A blended peel solution is applied to the skin for a controlled period to encourage gentle exfoliation. Strength, layers and timing are tailored to your skin at each session.
Sessions
A single peel offers an immediate refresh. Many clients book a short series for more consistent results, then maintain seasonally.
Session length
Approximately 60 minutes per session.
Downtime and comfort
Little to no downtime for most clients. Some mild flaking or dryness may follow over the next few days.
How to prepare
- Pause retinoids and strong exfoliants for 3 to 5 days beforehand.
- Avoid tanning, self-tanner and prolonged sun exposure for at least two weeks before your session.
- Come with clean skin — no makeup, lotion, oil or fragrance on the treatment area.
- Let us know about any new medications, supplements or skincare actives (retinoids, acids, exfoliants).
Aftercare
- Do not pick or peel any flaking skin — let it shed on its own.
- Keep the treated area clean and hydrated.
- Use a broad-spectrum SPF 30 or higher daily.
- Avoid heat, intense workouts, saunas and hot showers for 24 to 48 hours.
- Pause active ingredients (retinoids, AHA/BHA, vitamin C) for a few days unless advised otherwise.
Who shouldn't book (contraindications and assessment)
- If you are pregnant, breastfeeding, or managing a medical condition, please let us know so we can review with you.
- Please disclose any active skin concerns in the treatment area (infections, cold sores, open wounds, fresh tan or sunburn).
- Share any current medications, supplements or recent skincare actives so we can plan the session together.
- Suitability, treatment settings and your personalized plan are confirmed during your complimentary in-clinic consultation.

Frequently asked questions
How is a peel different from microneedling?
Peels rely on gentle chemical exfoliation for surface renewal, while microneedling uses micro-channels to encourage a deeper renewal response over time.
Will my skin visibly peel?
Some clients experience light flaking or dryness for a few days; others don't visibly peel at all.
